Shipping Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return request.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business (packaging materials & supplies), the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-printed or personalized packaging
  • Bulk or special-order items
  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered
  • Clearance or discounted sale items

Replacement Policy

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • You may be asked to share photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  • If replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock), a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • If you paid via COD, refund will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI.

Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item, damaged product), we will arrange free reverse pickup.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. ordered wrong size/type), shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and handled as per the policy above.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable).

  • Our team will review and approve the request within 24–48 hours.

  • Once approved, we’ll schedule the pickup or provide the return address.
