Shipping Policy
Return Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return request.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business (packaging materials & supplies), the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-printed or personalized packaging
- Bulk or special-order items
- Items that have been used, opened, or altered
- Clearance or discounted sale items
Replacement Policy
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- You may be asked to share photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- If replacement is not possible (e.g. out of stock), a refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- If you paid via COD, refund will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping
- If the error is on our side (wrong item, damaged product), we will arrange free reverse pickup.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. ordered wrong size/type), shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will be treated as returns and handled as per the policy above.

Our team will review and approve the request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we’ll schedule the pickup or provide the return address.
